Playing With Balloons :)

Daddy and Mummy went off early in the morning for the Harvey Norman Warehouse Sale. Tried to pick up some bargains for our new house at the Beacon. LOTS of things on offer, but Daddy only bought an Electrolux washing machine for $699. Supposed to be very environmentally friendly, saves electricity and water.. Wanted a LG fridge as well but decided not to get it in the end as wasn't sure of the dimensions in the new kitchen. Also helped Uncle Derrick buy a Toshiba 42" LCD TV and a bar fridge. Only 3 items but Daddy was stuck there for 4 hours!

Lesson learnt:

1) Daddy says must check out prices before the sale happens, then go early because the deeply discounted items are limited stock and surely snapped up within the first 15 minutes. No time to waste looking around for the best bargain.

2) Must treat like a grab-and-go operation, once you find what you want, head straight to make payment. If not, the queue just grows longer and longer and you would be wasting most of the time in the queue just to pay.

3) There is no glamour in a warehouse sale. Dress casually, you are going to be warm and sweaty, never wear high heels, bring your own water bottle and snacks.

Sounds terrible.. lucky Daddy never bring me there and still got a nice red balloon back for me haha so fun
